We left Weggis, Switzerland at around 7:38am on July 08, 2009. We arrived in Calais, France at around 4:50pm. Travel time from our place to Calais with all the stopovers along the way in France was about 9 hours and 12 minutes.

The next available boat with Sea France from Calais Port in Calais, France to Dover Port in Dover, England was at 6:30pm. We decided to take Sea France because we liked the food at the Le Brasserie restaurant the first time we took Sea France when we went to Ireland for a golf vacation in Summer 2007.

It was on May 31, 2009 when we we flew back from Hong Kong to Zurich via Paris with Air France. The plane took off at 10:33am instead of 10:20am which was the estimated time of departure from the Hong Kong International Airport also known as Chek Lap Kok Airport.

The Hong Kong International Airport was the central project of the Hong Kong Airport Core Programme which was organized by the Hong Kong government during the 1990s.

We left Macau at past 5:00pm after our Macau Day Tour on May 30, 2009. We arrived in Hong Kong at past 6:00pm already as the traveling time with TurboJet fast ferry boat took only an hour from Macau to Hong Kong.

We decided to have dinner at Nha Trang Vietnamese Cuisine near Lan Kwai Fong in Central, Hong Kong as we were anyway around the area already.

After our lunch at the Grand Lisboa during our Macau Day Tour on May 30, 2009, we went to another casino hotel, to Wynn Macau. We were lucky enough because just when we arrived at Wynn Macau, the choreographed performance lake started.

The dancing fountain was very entertaining even at day time. But I had the feeling that it was even probably more exciting if we saw it during night time. Unfortunately, we just went to Macau for a day tour instead of staying overnight as originally planned.
