Craving for Panna Cotta

This is a follow-up to my previous entry about Panna Cotta. Panna Cotta is a cooked cream. I spelled it wrong in my previous entry. Hahaha… The Italian words “Panna” means “cream” and “Cotta” means “cooked”. I’m again craving for Panna Cotta.

We normally eat pizza once a week at Gotthard Hotel and Restaurant in Weggis. This time though, instead of pizza I ate “Halbes Poulet” (half chicken) also called “Beni’s Poulet”. I rarely take pictures if we dine out but because I ordered my favorite dessert, I just have to get these photos.

Swiss National Football Team

The Switzerland National Football Team is back. A lot of Swiss are sad because the Swiss Team lost against Ukraine last night. I may not have seen all the games and how they played but I have the impression that they played well based on what I’ve heard and what I’ve read.
