I love Pannacota

We normally eat pizza once a week at Gotthard Hotel and Restaurant in Weggis. This time though, instead of pizza I ate “Halbes Poulet” (half chicken) also called “Beni’s Poulet”. I rarely take pictures if we dine out but because I ordered my favorite dessert, I just have to get these photos.

I just love this Pannacota
I still very well remember, Pannacota became my favorite when I ate some at the restaurant of Castel Conturbia Golf Club in Italy. I just can’t remember when was the first time I ate Pannacota.

I just love this Pannacota
If you ask me about the recipe, that I don’t know. I’m not good at cooking especially desserts.

Pannacota is not an ice cream nor a cheese. It’s a cooked cream. I spelled it wrong. Hahaha… I’m again craving for Panna Cotta. This time I spelled it right.
