Belated Merry Christmas!
It’s probably the 27th of December, nevertheless, we would like to wish you all a belated Merry Christmas and a may you all have a very Prosperous New Year. We were out last Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The only time we did not go out was on Friday.
Thursday was just our regular day. As usual, we went out for a pizza at Gotthard SeeHotel and Restaurant. On Saturday, we attended the Christmas Dinner of the Club Ilokandia-Pangasinan of Switzerland at Ate Pet’s place. Even if I am not an Ilokana, they still invited us. I asked Erich to bake the carrot cake as our contribution. We had a good time there. Sunday, the 24th of December, is a regular family Christmas Dinner at Martin and Marianne’s place. On Monday, Erich and I attended the 9:30 am mass in Weggis. Then later in the evening, just the two of us, we went out for dinner at Hotel Gerbi and Restaurant. We especially ordered the Christmas Menu. It was indeed another sumptuous dinner.
Yesterday, we didn’t go out but we still prepared a good dinner. Erich prepared a roasted pork and it was really good. I was not able to get a picture though. Stefan, Erich’s brother came over to join us.
Today, it’s back to normal. I have the time to sit in front of the computer and finally could greet you a Merry Christmas. It’s kind of late but don’t mind that, at least we were able to greet you all.
