Another lovely Saturday in Autumn

It’s Autumn and for the month of October, it was gloomy and foggy in our area as our place is near the lake, quite different in Valais/Wallis where the sun was shining as we were there on Saturdays, the first and second week. Last Saturday, August 27, 2007, was another fine and lovely day in Valais. We went to Zermatt, Switzerland just to see the Matterhorn, via Furka Pass and Grimsel Pass.

Grimsel Pass
Grimsel Pass is a high mountain pass in the Swiss Alps, which is 2,615 meters above sea level, and Furka Pass is another high mountain pass in the Swiss Alps, which is 2,436 meters above sea level.

Switzerland is lovely especially during autumn. I’m here in Geneva now for a brief visit, and though the temperature is too cold for me, I love the sights. The chocolates and cheese are all delicious, too!

Wow, you’re in Switzerland. Welcome! It’s gloomy in our area but no problem, I’m still enjoying it. It’s nice to know that you’re enjoying it too even though it’s already a little bit cold. But you know what, some people in our golf club are still playing golf in Valais wearing t-shirts only because it’s quite sunny there.
By the way, if you love cheese, try raclette, you won’t regret it.
Will you also be in the area of Lucerne? Enjoy Switzerland!

Hahaha… we ate raclette last Saturday too. My friend forgot to take some pics. I forgot too. I only told her when we finished eating already… wicked me…
What I like in Valais is, you can also eat raclette in Valais even during summer. Yummy talaga! 
Oh sure, let’s go to Zermatt and see the Matterhorn. It’s lovely! Kailan ka pupunta rito?

Feeling ko nga ako lang di makapagcoment using firefox sa isang blog mo. I just tested IE and it works naman. Pero doon naman sa isang blog, firefox naman gamit ko doon. Ok naman sya. Pero seguro need to update my firefox. Parang ang tagal na ngang walang update kasi super busy daw kasi ako e.
