Simply Rockin’ Girl Blogger
I read about it when Sheryl nominated me but since I’m not really into such award or tag, I just ignored it. I don’t like being tagged. I didn’t even bother to look who started it and what is it all about. Then Thess nominated me again. I didn’t again bother to know what is it all about but I promised her that I will write about it as I also would like to show my gratitude to Thess and Sheryl.
So I finally decided to write about this Rockin’ Girl Blogger Award. Before I wrote this blog entry I first visited the site of Roberta Ferguson, the blogger who started this tag. I would like to thank her for starting this award. She had some good reasons, but at the moment, I’m still not into tags. Things may change and I might start something too. 
With or without awards, it won’t really make any difference to me. Don’t get me wrong, it’s just me. I really appreciate it and I would like to thank you, She, Thess and Roberta, and that’s from the bottom of my heart.
If anyone is giving me another award, I would gladly appreciate it. I will write about it too but don’t expect me to tag anyone unless I change my mind soon enough.
With that, as much as I would like to pass this award, I won’t be nominating anybody. It’s not that no one deserves this award but as I’ve said I don’t like tagging anyone. So I will just give it back to Sheryl and Thess. Again, She and Thess, thank you for the recognition and congratulations too!

Oo ang lamig na naman, it snowed here noong Tuesday, hanggang ngayon makapal pa rin ang snow. Kahit malamig, ganda pa ring tingnan. Ang puti e.
Yong tungkol sa keychain, itago mo lang muna dyan. Magkikita rin tayo one of these days.

Sofie, tag is FUN (for me at least) but what\’s exciting is when somebody unexpectedly give you something like this. It actually motivates us to keep on blogging because nice people really do exists even on the internet.
Bravo for this award. You deserve more. In case I got one in the future, you\’d be the first person to get it. Keep on rockin!

I agree with you, I think so too that it’s fun, but in my case, I have no time at the moment to do such things. If only I’m not into web designing. I quite like it as a hobby. Then, I still need to revise a lot of outdated sites and still have to update some of them. Once I finished converting all of them to CMS, I might have time to answer tags but not soon enough. Some of the sites, I really have to maintain them, be it CMS or not. Some people are just interested to have websites but no interest at all to know more about it. So they leave it up to me to update the site.
Well… but I’m not complaining that I have a lot work. In fact, I like it. I like it if I’m busy. 
But even if I’m busy, I still have time for leisure. That’s very important to me.

Hi!
In june 2006 you write about the pannacotta you love the eat.
I was just wondering what the green is on the cream? (or is it cream?)
I was also wondering what the pannacotta tastes like, vanilla?
And my last question is what the read sauche tastes like, strawberry?
I wanna make the same pannacotta at my dinner but isn’t sure on the ingrediense.

I don’t know how to do Panna Cotta, I just love to eat it.
The green one on top of the cream (yes, it’s cream) is I think calvados, not sure here anymore. I don’t know if it’s also called calvados in english.
I can’t explain to you the taste. I guess no taste but good because of the strawberry and its “sauce” (yes, the red ones, they’re strawberries) coz it’s like melting in my mouth. You can put the panna cotta inside the refrigerator but avoid that it will get hard. That’s why some panna cotta are not good anymore and a friend of mine who tried it said that it tasted like maja blanca because I think it got somehow frozen. That’s a no no no for panna cotta, in my opinion. That’s why it needs to be served on the same day you made it.
I can’t really help you that much as I’ve said I don’t know how to do it, just love to eat it.

Eto, mabuti naman, pero ang panahon, susme, iba na naman. Makulimlim sa labas, nagtago na naman ang araw. Kaya minsan mas ok pa sa akin magsnow
dito kasi ang ganda sa labas tingnan. Mas nakikita ang mga bundok at tubig.
Oo nga, weekend na naman, pero tuloy trabaho si ako, may dapat na tapusin e.
