CIBO Italian Restaurant, Alabang Town Center, Alabang, Philippines
On May 26, 2009, we left Pandan, Antique, Philippines after my mother’s 80th birthday celebration and flew back to Manila with Zest Air. We did not buy our return tickets at Cebu Pacific Air because we wanted to try Zest Air. We booked our tickets online at the Zest Air website while we were in Boracay. The fare was quite reasonable, very competitive to what Cebu Pacific was offering at that time.
The plane took off from Caticlan Domestic Airport at around 2:09pm instead of 1:50pm and landed at the Manila Domestic Airport at around 2:59pm instead of 2:50pm. I was surprised when we arrived at the airport. There was no traffic at the Manila Domestic Airport. It was in fact sort of quiet. What a relief!

From the airport, we went home directly. We just dropped off our luggages, and then went to ATC or Alabang Town Center for a late lunch. We decided to have our lunch at the CIBO Restaurant.
CIBO was an Italian restaurant as well as a pizzeria. It was located at the Second Level Corte de las Palmas at the Alabang Town Center also known as ATC along Alabang-Zapote Road in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
CIBO being an Italian restaurant served italian food, of course. But CIBO also served other food aside from pizza and pasta among others. I did not even order any pizza nor pasta. I actually ordered rice and fish with mushrooms. I forgot the name of the dish but it was really good.

After our late lunch, we went to Haagen Dazs, also in Alabang Town Center, and had some ice cream for dessert. Hub and I were with my niece M and friend R then. Once we entered Haagen Dazs, one of the guys remembered us. We went to Haagen Dazs before with my nephew B, his wife J and son JM. We again received some gift certificates for reaching a certain amount just like when we were at Haagen Dazs the last time.
After Haagen Dazs, we went for shopping at Rustan’s, also in Alabang Town Center. After shopping, we just went home. We did not go out anymore after that as we just wanted to take a rest.
