360 Bar, Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3, Philippines
Our vacation in Bohol Beach Club, Panglao Island, White Beach, Boracay Island, and Pandan, Antique, and those breakfasts, lunches and dinners at Vivere Suites Skyline, Kasbah Boracay, Cibo Alabang, Cafe Breton Alabang, Shabu-Shabu ATC Alabang aside from the salivating food at home were definitely great.
On May 28, 2009, it was time again to leave the Philippines. We flew back from Manila to Hong Kong with Cebu Pacific Air. We arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 just before 2:00pm as the estimated time of departure of our flight to Hong Kong was at 4:40pm.

We had a lot of time before our flight, so we decided to look around the airport. NAIA Terminal 3 was newly opened then but there were already a few establishments inside the airport. Some of the establishments were even still under construction.
Considering that we left my sister’s place early, we were not able to have lunch. We definitely got hungry. We looked around again and found a nice place where we could have a light lunch while waiting for our flight to Hong Kong.
We decided to have our late lunch at 360 Bar which was also a restaurant. 360 Bar served meals like tapsilog among others. I just realized then that I have not eaten any tapsilog the whole time we were in the Philippines.
Tapsilog is a short cut for tapa (dried/cured beef), sinangag (fried rice), and itlog (egg). Normally, tapsilog is a breakfast meal but well, I missed eating tapsilog. So there, I ordered tapsilog. It was really good especially with vinegar.
We found 360 Bar a cozy place to hang-out while waiting at the airport. 360 Bar was right at the center of the building of the Terminal 3 just like the other establishments.

The plane took off from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 at around 5:05pm and landed at the Chek Lap Kok Hong Kong International Airport at past 6:40pm which was the estimated time of arrival in Hong Kong. At around 6:56pm, we were already inside the building of the airport.
We took the train inside the airport from one terminal to the other terminal. We then took a bus from the airport to Tung Chung on our own considering that it was dark already. Well, we arrived safely at my sister’s place. My sister who took another flight from Manila to Hong Kong arrived later. We then went out and had dinner at the Aviator.
After dinner, we did not go out anymore. We just went back to my sister’s place and rested for another sightseeing tour the next day.
