We went to the Philippines in December for a vacation in Autumn-Winter 2011.
We promised my mother that we will go to the Philippines for a Christmas vacation in 2011.
Time went so fast meeting our family and some very good friends in Manila before going to the province.
We went to several places especially for eating and shopping but I will only mention a few like Nuvali in Laguna, Newport Mall in Pasay, Salcedo Community Market in Makati, Bazaar in Bonifacio Global City, Vivere Suites Skylounge in Filinvest Corporate City, and Alabang Town Center in Alabang.
We went to Malumpati Health Spring and Tourist Resort or Malumpati Cold Spring in Pandan, Antique.
We went to San Jose, Antique and attended the Ecumenical Prayer Rally held at the Evelio B. Javier Freedom Park.
After the Prayer Rally in San Jose, we went to Boracay Island in Malay, Aklan.
We stayed at the Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel in Station 2 in Balabag.
We played golf at the Fairways and Bluewater Resort Golf and Country Club in Newcoast Boracay.
We spent our Christmas holiday with our family.
Two days after Christmas Day, we went back to Manila, then went to Brunei the next day.
We stayed with our beloved ones in Brunei and also checked-in at the Empire Hotel and Country Club, Spa and Golf Resort in Muara, Tutong Highway in Jerudong.
We went to a few places and played golf at the The Empire Country Club Golf Course.
We went back to Manila after a few days and then flew back to Zurich via Dubai with Emirates on New Year’s Day.
It was short but a nice and happy vacation having spent our Christmas holiday with our family in the Philippines.
