Markushof Kurhotel was a three-star hotel located in Bad Bellingen, Markgräflerland, Germany, walking distance from Balinea Hot Springs known as “Balinea Thermen” in the village.

Markushof was just a stone throw away from the Nature Park (Naturpark) and the “Kurpark”, a nice quiet park with a small lake and a fountain.

On the day we arrived in Bad Bellingen, Germany in Summer-Autumn 2009 for a golf vacation, we played golf at the Drei-Thermen Golf Resort located in Bad Bellingen, Markgräflerland, Germany after checking-in at the Markushof Kurhotel.

We left the hotel at around 1:20pm and we arrived at the Drei-Thermen Golf Resort at around 1:25pm as the hotel was just about 3 kilometers away from the golf resort.

It was Friday of the third week of September 2009 when we went to Bad Bellingen in Markgräflerland, Germany for a golf weekend in Summer-Autumn 2009.

We left our place in Switzerland at around 11:13am, stopped somewhere for at least 8 minutes and arrived in Bad Bellingen, Germany at around 1:00pm.

On July 18, 2009, we had an early breakfast at around 6:30am at the Harbour View Hotel. We checked-out at around 6:58am and proceeded to Rosslare Europort. We checked-in at the Rosslare Europort at around 7:00am and boarded Stena Line’s Fast Ferry at around 7:38am.

Rosslare Europort, located in Rosslare Harbour, Co. Wexford, Ireland, was not that big just like the Fishguard Port in Fishguard, Wales. But we chose to go to Ireland via Fishguard-Rosslare route instead of Holyhead-Dublin route just to see the difference.
