Simple Happiness

On the day we arrived in Caticlan, we were fetched by Boracay Mandarin representatives at the Caticlan Domestic Airport. We were privately transported with Boracay Mandarin’s own boat from Caticlan jetty port to Cagban port in Boracay Island.

Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel was not that big but the Premier Seaview Room was comfortable enough for three days and two nights.

As I have mentioned, we went to Kasbah for lunch, went back to the hotel after 4:00 p.m. already. But it took us more than 40 minutes to walk from Kasbah to Boracay Mandarin.

We had our dinner at the Don Vito Ristorante Italiano, a restaurant attached to Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel. There was a band playing while we were having dinner.

The next day, we had our breakfast at Don Vito. After breakfast, we went for a walk along the beach and then went to Mount Luho after 3:00 p.m. We went back to the hotel at around 5:00 p.m.

Dinner was again at Don Vito. The band was playing again.

After the show, we just went up to our room and slept early. Going to Boracay was just about relaxing and not getting sober.

The next day, after breakfast, we just went around Boracay, and then checked out of the hotel at noon time.

We went home early after a nice dinner with the family and friends at the Skyline in Vivere Suites Alabang as our flight to Caticlan the next day was at 8:25 in the morning.

We went to Boracay via Caticlan with Cebu Pacific Air.

At 9:43 a.m., we were already on our way to Boracay island. At 10:14 a.m., we were already inside our room at the Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel.

We just rested for a while. After 12 noon, we went out for lunch but had our welcome drinks first at the Don Vito Ristorante Italiano.

We decided to walk along the beach from Boracay Mandarin located at Station 2 to Kasbah located at Station 1. We then had our lunch at the Kasbah Restaurant and Bar.

It was just 2 minutes before 4:00 p.m. when we left Kasbah. We were in Boracay so there was no need to hurry. We just enjoyed our walk along the beach back to Boracay Mandarin.

After our weekend trip in Bohol, we decided to stay overnight in Manila instead of taking a connecting flight from Tagbilaran to Manila to Caticlan to go to Boracay.

We definitely enjoyed our trip in Bohol. We stayed at Bohol Beach Club and joined the Bohol Land Tour to see the Chocolate Hills and the Philippine Tarsier among others.

As we were not that tired yet, we went out with the family and friends to have dinner at the Skyline restaurant in Vivere at the Richville Regency Suites Hotel in Alabang.

We liked Vivere Suites because we felt that people were friendly.

I had dinner with my family and friends in the past at the Skyline in Vivere Suites. Every time I went back to the Philippines, dining at the Skyline in Vivere Suites was always included in the itinerary.
